In my current role in the customer care team, it consists of helping customers book appointments, advisers manage their diaries and being the link between estate agents and Mortgage Advice Bureau.
The role itself is diverse meaning that there is always something new to learn around the corner.
I have a young family meaning most of my spare time is used by going on long woodland walks and hoping I can get a few hours away to watch the football.
