How long have you worked within the industry?

I have worked in the industry for 34 years working for various insurance/ mortgage companies straight from leaving school and I have been a mortgage adviser for 24 years.

What would you say your speciality is as an adviser?

Going the extra mile to obtain a mortgage for a client when they haven’t been able to get it elsewhere. The best part of the job is being able to help someone buy their home when they felt like it just wasn’t going to happen.

Interests outside work?

All sports, particularly football! I played for and managed a team for over 40 years, but now am a happy spectator only! I love holidays and exploring new places, long walks, and socialising with family & friends.
