Job Description:
Mortgage Advice Bureau is looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our busy team.
You will offer professional mortgage advice in accordance with Financial Conduct Authority Regulations, providing the most suitable mortgage advice for our clients.
You will be surrounded by a team of motivated individuals who will encourage and support you to successfully achieve targets. Additional tasks will involve recommending other financial services (such as insurance) to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
· You will offer mortgage and protection advice for our extensive client and introducer base
· You will receive extensive award winning training which will equip you with all you need to reach your full potential
· You will receive a vast number of internally qualified appointments each week
· With client experience at the heart of everything we do, you must possess extremely strong communication skills, be well organised, have a ‘can-do’ attitude with a burning desire to be the best you can be
Person Requirements
· Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) along with competent advisor status
· A good track record of providing mortgage and protection advice
· Sales background
· Ambitious, highly driven, goal orientated individual who will be able to generate activity from a selection of introducers
· Meet compliance and administrative expectation
· Minimum 2 year’s mortgage & protection advising experience
