The Opportunity
Due to our ongoing growth, we are looking for a talented Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic, high-performing team.
In this remote-based role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding self-employed advisers into our expanding network. You will be a key player in shaping the future of our advisory team, supporting new recruits through their training journey and ensuring they thrive in business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development processes for self-employed advisers.
- Build strong relationships with new recruits, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success within the network.
- Analyse recruitment data to drive continuous improvement and refine strategies for attracting top talent.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and training strategies to meet business needs.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and development, ideally within a network or sales environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate individuals.
- A strategic mindset with a track record of developing and executing successful recruitment and training plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other recruitment tools.
