Amber gets to work quickly and was very informative. I had an initial call with her a few days after my enquiry, I provided my details and mortgage requirements during the call, everything was explained to the detail I needed and then mortgage offers were sent over via email. It was seamless! Myself and my husband provided documents and our application was made. It was such a smooth process and the advice was second to none. Karen then introduced herself in the process and sent us our mortgage details and a lovely congratulations. It felt very personable and we cannot have been happier to use their services. Would recommend, worth every star!

We couldn’t fault the support received from nick gent our dedicated mortgage advisor, nick was on hand to answer all queries and responded promptly whenever we had a question! Nick secured us a mortgage deal less than a week from application date. Once Nick processed our application, Sonia Stanco introduced herself as our case manager. Sonia was so prompt with requesting any further information needed and kept us up to date with progress. We couldn’t fault both of their support and they made the application process 100% easier and less stressful.
