I'd been recommended the MAB from a friend when I decided to buy my first home. Luckily the estate agents put me in touch with them and since the first email they have been so helpful. I had an initial call with Luke who was extremely helpful and not at all patronising (considering I had no idea what I was doing!). He has guided me through the process and typically responded to any queries I have within a day. He also recommended a great local solicitor to help with the purchase, and again they have been incredibly efficient and helpful so I would definitely recommend using the Mortgage Advice Bureau in finding you the best rates and just generally being a helping hand in the process.
