Following a career change from the Travel industry Karen started working with us in March 2004 as a mortgage chaser. Once the Mortgage Advisor has submitted the mortgage application, she will then follow that through to completion and is there every step of the way for our clients, which can be a stressful time.

Whilst the mortgage market has changed, her role has remained the same and she strives to give the best customer service that she can offer. 

She likes our clients to know that if they have any queries large or small she is there to help. This is especially true of our first time buyers and understanding terminologies used by solicitors and lenders can be a minefield so we like them to know that they can call her to simplify things.

In a nutshell, Karen is not only an assistant to our company, but also to the client.
