Carol works in both Darlington and Newton Aycliffe where she sees a mixture of new client as well as her existing clients.

 I joined Mortgage Advice Bureau in October 2007 as a mortgage and protection adviser. I specialise in all aspects of mortgages, including first time buyers, home movers, residential remortgages, Shared Ownership, Help to Buy schemes, Forces Help to Buy, Buy to Let purchases including, those for portfolio landlords and Buy-to-let remortgages. I also specialise in protection, including mortgage life cover, income protection, critical/serious illness cover and family income benefit, as well as home insurance. I am married and have 2 grown up children (son and daughter) and 2 beautiful grand-daughters. My son is currently living in Australia and my daughter lives locally to me with her husband and my 2 grand-daughters. In my spare time I like to travel and have just recently come back from visiting my son in Australia. I also like weekends away in the Lake District with my husband and my dog (a cocker spaniel). My three likes are: my keep fit classes, weekend visits to the Lake District and walking. My three dislikes are: horrible wet weather, the fact my dog doesn’t like walking as much as me and chocolate ice cream.
