Jess started at Mortgage Advice Bureau back in July 2018, with no mortgage or office experience. She started off as a case manager and really enjoyed building relationships with both her clients and advisers.

Jess moved onto a different career path in 2020 as she thought working in education was what she wanted to do. However, in July 2024 the opportunity came up to become an office manager back at Mortgage Advice Bureau. she thought it was a great opportunity to manage the team she used to work in, due to her experience of the job. Jess is really excited to get stuck in and help support the admin team become the best they can possibly be!

In Jess' spare time, she enjoys socialising with family and friends, walking and going to concerts and the theatre.
