Laila Started her career in retentions customer service at a well know bank. The opportunity then came to join Mortgage advice Bureau in 2014 where Laila spent 8 years working in the admin department specialising in remortgages. In January 2023 Laila moved in to the office manager role where she looks after the general running of the Barnsley office and does weekly commission statements for the advisers and business partners. 

Lila enjoy the problem solving part of the job – highlighting anomalies and working with Mortgage Advice Bureau banking and the admin team to solve the issue. She's involved in a variety of different areas of the business and this keeps her day to day very interesting!

In Laila's spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is a keen cluberciser!
