Roger has worked within Financial Services since 1991, starting as an adviser with the Prudential, offering personal finance and investment advice with various providers before eventually entering the mortgage broking market in 2003.

Throughout his career Roger has been recognised for his ability to coach and nurture colleagues and has regularly been part of a senior team within the companies he has worked for. Roger has a great deal of experience from the whole of market to a tied banking role and has dealt with numerous types of lead sources. Roger describes relationship building as one of his key strengths, along with his skill and ability to develop and work with lead sources and customers at all levels, providing a quality service from the start to conclusion.    

Roger is now working as a sales manager within Brook and is a great addition to the team. He is a key cog in the Brook machine as he looks after several teams of advisers, including web, remortgaging and protection.
