Joint business owners Rachael Cashin and Catherine Green led the celebrations at Mortgage Advice Bureau Wallasey’s five-year business birthday party earlier this month.
Guests at the open house coffee event that took place in the Wallasey branch on November 3rd included all staff members as well as friends and family. Staff from Mortgage Advice Bureau HQ also attended the party, which saw guests entertained by a DJ as they enjoyed Champagne, coffee, a full buffet and sweet treats.
And there was much to celebrate thanks to MAB Wallasey’s impressive list of achievements since opening five years ago, including:
- Arranging £264,544,070 worth of mortgages
- Growing the team from 2 to 10 staff members
- Winning Top 3 Mortgage Brokers in the Wirral by ThreeBestRated
- Catherine winning Protection Adviser of the year at the Women’s Recognition Awards
- Reaching the final three out of 3200 people for Mortgage Adviser of the Year
Looking ahead to the future, Rachael and Cath are excited about growing their business further and taking on more staff and opening other branches.
Speaking at the event, Rachael said, ‘We would hope to have another branch by the end of next year. We have gone from having two members of staff to 10 over these five years. We would hope that after another five years we would have 20 staff.’ With Catherine adding, ‘At least! And at least another branch.’
